We begin with a discovery call or in-person meeting to understand the unique dynamics of your clinic.

These include:

Location, size, and services offered

Patient volume and demographics

Urgency and duration of placement

Ideal GP profile (experience level, speciality, etc)

You’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager who will serve as your point of contact throughout the process.

Interviews

Once you've selected candidates you're interested in, we schedule and coordinate interviews at your convenience.

We support:

Video interviews for overseas or interstate candidates

In-person or trial consultations where feasible

Guidance on interview questions and red flags to look for

We also help both sides clarify expectations around remuneration, rosters, and contract terms.

Job Match

Using our broad network of both local and overseas-trained doctors, we begin sourcing candidates based on your criteria.

We screen for:

AHPRA registration eligibility

Relevant RACGP/ACRRM pathway alignment

Clinical skills and work history verification

Visa and sponsorship suitability (if applicable)

We send you a curated shortlist of GP profiles; not just résumés, but detailed candidate briefs with background insights.

Onboarding

Once you’ve chosen your GP, we’ll guide both your centre and the doctor through:

Drafting offer letters and service agreements

Medicare provider number applications

Sponsorship and visa (subclass 482/186) documentation, if needed

Supervision arrangements for limited registration GPs

Screened & Qualified GPs
